Our menu ranges from old school to mind-blowing custom burgers & sides

We have a unique method of roasting our pigs. When the pig is dressed out, it’s skinned and split in half. The head & feet are removed too. Then it’s roasted on a hot gridiron over a hardwood charcoal fire. With the skin & a majority of the fat removed, the meat is fully exposed & ready to take on the grilling, roasting & smoking effect of the coals. The pig is roasted to a golden brown & dressed with our Homemade honey Barbecue sauce. Then it’s hand carved & served hot in a chaffing dish for everyone to help themselves.

The Pig Roast

Pit Roasted Pork

Gridirne offers a second way to enjoy our delicious pork. We use pork butts (shoulders) & roast them hot & fast over a glowing bed of coals, as opposed to the low & slow method. Cooking the pork this way delivers meat that is falling apart & tender inside with a crunchy barbecue texture on the outside. Pit roasted pork is every bit as tasty as the pig.

When Gridirne caters your event, no one goes away hungry. There’s generally enough for seconds.

Brisket

Brisket is delicious! We trim our briskets & rub them down with our own special seasonings. They're pit roasted right over the coals, infusing them with grilling flavors that you don't get with most briskets. Then they get sealed up & tenderized. They are hand carved & served hot. Cooked to succulent perfection, falling apart, tender & very tasty. Truly an experience.

Pit Roast Beef

Beef roasts are pit roasted over hot coals. They get grilled, roasted & smoked. Has a great smoke ring penetration. Like our brisket, it's finished off to make it moist and tender. Served up well done, moist, lean & loaded with flavor.

Ribs

Ribs!! Half or full racks of St. Louis style ribs are grilled, roasted & smoked, coated in our Special Rib Sauce. Get it with barbecued chicken, a true feast!

Chicken

These babies are plate fillers! A pound & a quarter each of fresh High Quality half chickens. Grilled & roasted to a juicy golden brown. We make sure they are done right. Served as quarters when combined with another meat. Single pieces on our side dish menu as chicken by the piece, split breast, legs & thighs.

Lamb

Yes, we do lamb! We have them skinned, split in half & we roast them right on the grill, just like we do our pigs! A Hardwood charcoal fire roasts them to a golden honey brown, while adding that grilled, roasted, & smoked flavor! Throughout the cooking, we are coating the lamb with our Lamb Dressing of olive oil, fresh garlic, rosemary & other herbs. This lamb turns out great! Dare we even say, good enough to be Greek!

Bison

Have a buffalo fling? Bison, The Native American meat. Super lean with prime rib flavor! A gourmet choice - for our discerning coinsurer. Served in a rich Ajus. This is our Premium Roast. "We are putting Bison back on the range."

Corned Beef

Clam Bake

Clam bakes are hot here on the North Coast. It’s the flavor of fall. Clams are steamed along with sweet potatoes. Half chickens are roasted golden brown in our cookers. Whole ears of corn are boiled tender in a large kettle. We've got homemade creamy coleslaw & dinner rolls. Plates, clam bowls, cutlery & condiments are included. The broth is fantastic! Extra dozens of clams available.

For Saint Patrick's Day or when you want to bring out the Irish in you. We can oven bake quality corned beef or lay the smoke to it for a stepped up flavor. Serve it with cabbage & potatoes, or make it into Reubens with sauerkraut. We'll have you dancing a jig.

Steak Dinners

Not into clams? Here’s are steak option. You start with 10-ounce hand cut grilled New York strip steaks. Next is a big roasted half chicken, foil wrapped baked potato, full ear of corn, homemade coleslaw, dinner roll & plates, cutlery, & condiments.

Hamburger & Hot Dog Event

For the traditional All-American picnic. We’ll grill up homestyle hamburgers & all-beef hot dogs over a hot bed of coals. We bring the buns & a whole selection of toppings, including tomato, onion slices, spring mix lettuce, pickle chips, sliced jalapenos & banana peppers. There’ll be cheese slices too. For the hot dogs we have diced onions, relish & shredded cheese. Also, pump bottles of ketchup, yellow mustard, spicy brown mustard & mayonnaise. A couple of barbecue sauces and hot sauce. You could even add some chicken breasts, sausages & veggie burgers.

Our premium potato option. Cubed up & oven roasted with diced onion, garlic & olive oil. A crowd favorite.

This is our best item. Cavatappi pasta & homemade cheese sauce made from scratch. Loaded with sharp cheder & pepper jack cheese. This is a favorite of kids & adults alike.

Add some chicken to the feast. We roast split breasts, legs, and thighs right over the coals to a nice golden brown. Guests can add sauces to their liking.

An old time favorite. Au gratins are like cheesy scalloped potatoes. They are hot, creamy & satisfying.

Super sweet & loaded with butter.

Local when in season. Full ears boiled in a kettle right on site.

Baked beans are a picnic staple. We cook them up with diced onions, peppers, brown sugar & a concoction of good stuff to really pep 'em up.

We fire up a cast iron skillet, cook up bacon & the throw a mess of diced onions in the hot bacon goodness to cook. Added to the green beans cooked homestyle & tender.

We use Grandma's style potato salad. It's good!

Made with tri color Rotini pasta. Loaded with diced onions, peppers, olives & pepper jack cheese. Coated with a wonderful Italian dressing.

We use 4 & ½ to 5-ounce high quality chicken breasts. They’re marinated in Golden Italian dressing & given a quick grilling, infusing them with flavor.

Cauliflower & broccoli florets with carrot slices tossed in an Italian seasoned herb butter. It really adds color to the serving line.

Gemelli pasta with our homemade creamy sauce. Includes mayo, diced onions, celery & relishes. It’s very good!

We use shredded cabbage with bits of carrot & red cabbage for color & flavor. Mixed with our homemade coleslaw dressing & set over night to meld & get better. People that don’t like coleslaw like ours.

We have an assortment of fresh fruit including strawberries, pineapple, grapes, melons & more.
